Edge Capital provides liquidity to 150+ DeFi protocols and works with institutional investors, including crypto-native funds and Swiss banks.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help Edge Capital grow its strategic partnerships, expand market presence, and deepen relationships across the Web3 ecosystem.

This is not your classic BDM role — it’s strategic, network-driven, and industry-shaping.

You will:

• Source promising early-stage Web3 startups and founders

• Build and scale inbound deal flow through partnerships

• Represent the fund at industry events, strengthen brand visibility

• Contribute to prescreening and early due diligence

• Support portfolio companies in business development and growth

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in BD/partnerships in crypto, Web3, or fintech

• Understanding of DeFi, market making, liquidity provision, or infrastructure

• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+)

• Strong negotiation, pitching, and CRM skills

• Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
